Television/Video:
In the Shadows of the Hills Documentary
This is a short documentary that I produced during my time at Western that highlights opiate use and abuse in Appalachian counties, specifically western North Carolina. I partnered with Full Circle Recovery Center in Franklin, NC to gain statistics of drug use in the region. The film also includes interviews with local drug abuse counselor Stephanie Almeida, who tells her own personal story with abuse, givers her take on opioid use in the region and tells what we can do as a community to prevent overdose deaths.
“Friday Night Rivals”
For this live broadcast of “Friday Night Rivals”, I was assigned to game camera. This game aired live on My40 and WLOS in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Asheville-Anderson media market.
TLQ + 2 Promotional Video
I was hired by a local band in the Sylva, NC area to produce/create a promotional video. They now use the video on their website and social media accounts. I believe this short two and a half minute video displays some of my audio and video editing skills and shooting using a Canon 5D Mark III.
