About Me

I grew up in Asheville North Carolina and have lived in western North Carolina my entire life.

I was raised by a single mother who has worked for iHeartMedia for over 30 years. She is a huge inspiration to me. I have wanted to pursue a career in radio or television production since I was in high school.

I currently work as video operations assistant for the Athletic Department at WCU. I have served as director, technical director, camera operator, and replay operator for live ESPN broadcasts of the university’s sporting events. These include football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, softball, and baseball.

I have taken television production classes in a state of the art, high-quality production/post production broadcast television facility. This gave me hands on experience learning several control room responsibilities such as CG operator, Clip Server operator, and Floor Manager.
